Airtel Prepaid Incorrecttly Working Second Pulse Offe

I have recharged my prepaid mobile with 0.5 paisa per second offer at after 20th (i dont remember exact date) of May. it has validity of 30 days. it worked fine untill 8th Jun after which it started charging me on usual pulse rate which i didnt observe and so far i had to pay over RS.150 for their mistake. i have complained on it 2 days back.. no response so far. They gave me some reference number[CMBNR306108066]. IF I DONT GET THIS RESOLVED AND GET MY MONEY BACK, I WILL STOP USING AIRTEL AS MY PRIMARY SIM AND WILL OPT FOR SOME OTHER PROVIDERS WHO DONT CHEAT CUSTOMERS.

I also have airtel broadband[1 MBPS UNLIMITED PLAN- 800 PER MONTH] and i will see what to do on that one too based on response from customer care.
