Sir,

I don't know why some balance is deducted from my total balance.

when i called to customer care then no connect, because my no is close connect customercare.

But I don't know how to unsubscribe it and what get subscribed. my balance is reduce date 15/06. at evening.and on the customercare connect no.

please update my balance to origional one.

As this was not my fault.
