SIM card showing Invalid SIM

Hello,

My name is Sankalp Kumar and my mobile number is 9993280925. I was using this connection for the past 1 year and had no problems with it. Suddenly on 16th June I got a message on my mobile showing INVALID SIM. I contacted the nearest Airtel office near Omni Towers at Indore and came to know that the SIM has been de-activated due to ZERO USAGE. For your information, I was using this connection day in and day out. I have made calls everyday, there's no way there can be zero usage for this number. My recharge amount for every month crosses more than Rs. 400.

I am really harassed by the deactivation of my SIM card. I request you to activate my SIM card as early as possible.

Moreover, your airtel office people lied to me that the number has been given to someone in Gwalior which is just not true. Try calling the number and u'll come to know.

I request for immediate action for my problem.
