No information about the plan

Dear Sir,

I recharge my cellphone with the top up of Rs110/- before topup my plan was 1p/s. After recharge my top up my plan automatically switch over to 1.02/s. for this plan neither company nor his agent (Wadhwa communication Panipat refineryt township Panipat) informed me about the plan that your phone automatically transfer to the new high rate plan. When I asked to the agent than he says that company did not tell us that the plan will be changed.

so company is not giving the proper information about the plan they are cheating to the customers. I want my old plan which was 1p/.

Please take the necessary action to the Airtel service provider.
