3G PLAN 100 Rs 100 MB Free not considered in the above mentioned bills. Actually when 3G Plan launched after 1 week, I received a call from airtel customer care centre to activate 3G plan. At that time I confirmed to activate 3G 100 RS PLAN. Customer care executive also confirmed for this activation. Executive told that I am activating 3G 100 RS PLAN.I also confirmed and agreed. But in the above bills it has not considered. please find your call records and listen my conversation with customer care executive for 3G PLAN activation. please resolve this after verifying your call voice records. It’s not good to gamble the customers like this.
Because of this i got more bill approxamately 3000Rs (May June month).please kindly
check my voice records while talking with customer care executive (what i spoke with customer care). Its not fair. I am using this connection from last 3 years till now there is no issue.
please kindly verify your call voice records regarding the actavtion of my 3g-100rs plan & consder my 100MB free in the above mentioned bills.
