Undue delay inconnection

I had purchased two Sims from Cochin airport on our arrival from Oman on the 10th of June the Sim numbers are 1) 9633447678 and 2) 9633553211.We were promised that they have Black berry services and we have to charge each tel by Rs 500 each. we did carry out the same. It took them 10 days to connect the Black berry and we had made in approximation about 100 call to the consumer number which is char gable and had been kept on hold for some times up to 8 minutes and they would reply that they will connect in 24 hrs. We had missed all the emails plus the additional cost of calling up muscat ad other places to get information where as we could have spent rs 299 and used the facilities of black berry. More over the staff on the airtel office in trissure Mr. sibin on the shornur road was rude, the office never had a complaint book (ISO certified co Ha) when i wanted to lodge a complaint.
