Regarding the usage of Mobile Internet service from Airtel for prepaid Numbe

Hi,

I have been using the Airtel prepaid service from September and been facing several problems, none of my problems were resolved till today, on 24th June at 03:07 I recharged a full talk time of 345 and my total balance was 479.29 (the 0.29 approximated figure). On 25th June at 09:02:55 AM my internet service was activated and at 11:02:57 my balance was 0.18. I was charged unnecessarily, were I have not downloaded anything.

When I called the customer service centre at 11:02 I was not provided with proper solution. Later when I spoke to the handler he provided me with the below information:

The usage of internet from 09.04 (the time mentioned is according to the mobile)

At 9:04 the total usage was 22.99

At 9:37 the total usage was 23.41

At 10.08 50MB got over. (Information was provided by Saravanan)

He said after 10.08 the balance of 50MB using got over and I have continued the service, but no popup were received regarding this and did not receive any notification on the mobile.

At 10:54 the total usage was 25.66 MB

At 10:29 the total usage was 5.19 MB

At 10:54 the total usage was 3.02 MB

He said they have charged INR of 15.00 for per MB. Two weeks back when I used the same facility I was charged only INR of 01.20 for checking of mail were my mobile was not activated for internet.

The service provider said will be giving me a call back after 2 hours to update me on the information but did not receive any call at 03:25, I called them back to check on the status when I spoke with Saravanan the supervisor of the customer service, told him about the query which was raised on morning he said will be contacting me back after 4 hours. Told him after several complains too the problem is not resolved and no necessary action was taken. I requested him that I need an explanation on the cost charged for per MB and what was reason for charging me INR 15.00 for per MB were nothing was downloaded and on the cost why they charged INR 01.20 previously on the same usage. Requested that I need the money to be refunded he said will not able to update on the refund as he wants to confirm things with his manager.

Till now I have not received any response.

Will this going to help AIRTEL to sustain its customer like me or going to be big? for the customers like me.
