DISCONNECTION OF MY SIM CARD

I HAD BEEN USING A PREPAID AIRTEL CONNECTION SINCE LAST FEW YEARS, BUT LAST FEW MONTHS I WAS NOT USING THIS NUMBER AS I ALSO HAVE A POST PAID CONNECTION FROM AIRTEL .

NOW YESTERDAY WHEN I TRIED TO ACTIVATE THIS NUMBER THEY TOLD ME THAT IT GOT DEACTIVATED SINCE I DID NOT USE IT FOR LAST THREE MONTHS.

I BOUGHT THIS SIM CARD BECAUSE OF THE FANCY NUMBER AND WHEN I BOUGHT THIS SIM CARD THEY TOLD ME IT IS A LIFETIME CONNECTION!!!

NOW WHEN I ENQUIRED WHY THEY CUT MY CONNECTION, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO INFORM ME IN ADVANCE BEFORE DISCONNECTING THE SERVICE. AT THIS I REMINDED THEM THAT DURING THE PURCHASE OF THE SIM CARD WE GIVE THEM THE COMPLETE PROOF OF ADDRESS AND OUR I.D.

I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY CHEATED AS NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I CANNOT HAVE THIS NUMBER AGAIN.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ASAP.
