DISCONNECTION OF MY SIM CARD

MY SIM CARD 9995556031 WHICH I BOUGHT FEW YEARS AGO FROM AN OUTLET IN ERNAKULAM WHICH MENTIONED THIS IS A LIFETIME NUMBER.

I ALSO HAVE A POST PAID CONNECTION ACTIVE FROM AIRTEL. NOW WHEN I TRIED TO RECHARGE THIS SIM CARD IT DOES NOT ACTIVATE.

ON ENQUIRY I WAS TOLD THAT AFTER 3 MONTHS IT GETS DISCONNECTED IF NOT RECHARGED. BUT WHILE I BOUGHT THIS FANCY NUMBER I WAS TOLD THAT THIS IS A LIFETIME CONNECTION.

WHEN ENQUIRED AT THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER: 121 AS TO WHY THEY DID NOT INFORM ME BEFORE TAKING THIS DRASTIC STEP OF DISCONNECTING THE SIM CARD, THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NO WAY OF INFORMING ME. TO THIS I REPLIED THAT WE SUBMIT OUR ID PROOF AND ADDRESS PROOF AT THE OUTLET FROM WHERE WE PURCHASE THE SIM CARD. ISN, T THIS ADDRESS ENOUGH TO SEND A MAIL TO ME.

SIM CARD NUMBER: 9995556031 IS THE PHONE NUMBER WHICH HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED BY AIRTEL.

KINDLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AS I DO NOT WANT TO LOOSE THIS FANCY NUMBER FOR NO FAULT OF MINE.
