I am regular user of AIRTEL MY mobile no: 9849951286

15 days back i have been unnecessarily charged Rs.15/- for some type of melody pack. I even dialed 52345009 for unsubscribe..but its not at all working..to my surprise again today i have been charged rs.15/-

I have never subscribed for this melody pack just listened to the info from the call i received... that's all. how can you people rob like this. This is just like pick pocketing business. I request you to kindly refund my money immediately.
