Cancellation of Postpaid mobile No

Hi

I have requested for cancellation of my number 9959110505 long back and toaday when I called airtel call center they informed me that the action has been taken on you request and your number is now cancelled and the request number was 38067520 but when I checked my online account I see the status of my account still as Active

Could you please resolve the issue and update about the status of my complaint.my alternate number 9527115200
