Eceiving messages against services which I have requested to block

Hi,

I am using 9766601230 since last 3 years. recently I had requested to block all my VAS including Airtel Live, GPRS and other every single VAS.

I had called for this first on 19th May to place this request and reverse the charges for the same. I have done followup call on 24th May, 7 June, 9th June, 26th June. I spoke to executives named Kavita which reversed my charges lavied against these services but not the taxes.

Even after repeated requests, i am receiving messages from 54321 saysing "your xxxxx subscription has been renewed and you have been charged for Rs. 5". I spoke Sagar Sawant in mid of June to get this service blocked and do the reversal of charges. I was assure by him that such messages would be stopped but it seems Airtel is not bothered to honor such request even after repetative requests and spending rather wasting so much of time an energy.

This is simply rediculous. I was suggested to wait till my bill gets generated and place a request to reverse these charges. this is simply taking a toll on me.

only i was getting some pathetic answers and not the resolution.

hence, hope some respective/responsible authority would look into this issue religiously.
