My Airtel Landline/IPTV/broadband is not working since Monday (27th June) with the compaint number 4815676
I have repeatedly called up Customer Care and they have always given me false hopes that it will be either fixed in half an hour or by evening or tomorrow etc.
They have also given me assurance that the engineers or back end team will give a call back (reference no. 55586671). And as per date I have not received a call back.
There has be no call-back from your organization giving me any sort of assurance or update on the status.
This is indeed real pathetic and pain staking attitude shown by your organization towards your customers.
