Balance Not Credited

I Mohammed Ahmed Hussain, Mobile # 09676619389 recharged with rupees 19 (Night Balance) but I wasn't credited with amount of Rs. 100 (Night Minutes). The retailer got the message that Recharge is Successful but I din't receive the call & I called the customer care, he was speaking in Telugu, I asked him to speak in English but he disconnected the call.

I want the amount to be credited to me asap.

And I am very unhappy with the Customer Service.
