I had recharghed for blackberry service in prepaid but the
Person by mistake put it in genral talktime so again when I
Went to recharge blackberry service the airtel centre
Told me they were unable to do and asked me to call
Up 121 they inturn asked me to call 17070 who inturn asked me to
Go to airtel centre and when nothing worked they gave me
Tamilnadu applet number in this last 3 weeks I have wasted
300 from the recharge amount talking to only your above
Mentioned airtel numbers and nothing has been sorted out
In 20 days is this the kind of customer care you wanted
Your company to do. Is the motto of your company
Customer we don't care or else why does ur customer care
Talk like a prerecorded message either direct to the other
Department or ask for 48 hours or say we are helpless
