I have recently shifted to Gurgaon from Delhi, one shifting to our new property, we wanted to have a land line connection, so an airtel representative name Mr. Chanden, with mobile number 9999797209, came to our place and filled in all forms and took Rs. 500 in cash, and said that this money is a scurity deposit, and will be adjusted in the next bill, since then nither i got the connection nor chanden came back to return the money, he said its Airtel who has to return the money, i am busy so i cant talk to you any more.
This is how Airtel sales staff earn money from consumers. Rs. 500 per person, and u know how many conncections Airtel has in Gurgaon.
