Not Activating Scheme

Dear Sir

I applied for mobile port before 1 and 1/2 month in other opretor from Airtel.

But I got a call from company and they gave me some scheme for not to port from airtel.

and it has stopped

still they have not activate that scheme.

i have made many complains regarding this.
