Non porting of numbe

Dear sir,

i have applied for port out from airtel to bsnl back due to worst service . on 1st of july vide unique porting i.d. AA 784167. they had rejected the port out. on enquiring the nodal officer and appelette authority is accepting the mistake . but not giving the confirmation on mail which i have to submit to bsnl .please look into the matter and do the needful
