My no is 9867119152. we have been airtel customers for long years. but we have been facing the problem of being charged for the services we dont subscribe at all. we often get calls for additional services which we are not interested at all. still they keep calling. and above all many times we have been charged rental charges for those services and when we complain they show us deaf ears and dont refund the money also. they tell that they got confirmation from us. its impossible. coz this no. is bein used by my mom n she hardly knows anythin beyond receiving n making calls. we have other no. 9867123319. even in that we have this problem. many times they themselves starts some service without our knowledge and then when we recharge they cut the rental charges. is this the way to provide the service that the customer's money is not valued at all. how come such a reputed service provider can be so mean in treating the customers. its not jst once or twice, it has occured many times. if the matter is not looked into at the earliest we will have to go for much worst steps. and probably we will b ashamed to b a customer of such a reputed service provider.
