Recharge Coupan have 17 digits

Dear Sir,

I purchased a recharge paper coupan worth Rs. 30/-to recharge my mobile no.9866698546

but after scratching the silver line of paper coupan, I found 17 digit on the card and putting these 17 digits in mobile, my mobile is not recharges.

so, kindly see the matter,
