WRONG CHARGES

I continue notice that from time to time some unusual amount deducting from my account.for example-an amount of 15/- deduct from my account for MISSED CALL ALERT but this service is not activated on my connection .i complained severel time but there isn't any response.on the other hand an amount of 30/- per month also deduct from my account for HELLO TUNES but there isn't any kind of service activated yet.

sometime ago an amount of 99/- deducte form my account. when i call your customer care, they said that it is for downloading a wallpaper but there isn, t any downloading in my connection when i said then they reply that ur handset didn't support this.

NOW on 18th july an amount of 75/- deduct from my account

when i called your customer care they said that it is for a game download, we can't do anything regarding this.but there isn't any downloading in my set again. as a message recived from ur side that "delivery failed".as i didn't switch any game downloading.
