I had bought a duplicate sim from airtel office, Sector -11, Panchkula on Saturday July16. After taking the duplicate sim I asked for any contact number of the store then I was not given any contact number. Instead I was told that there is no contact number and the sim will be activated in 4 hrs. The behaviour of the lady was so rude.
My number is still not activated and the customer care folks are saying I will have to visit the store again to confirmabout activation. Earlier also for issuance of this duplicate sim I had to go there several times. This is so frustrating.
I have raised a complaint against that store through customer care.
