I noticed that my balance was being deducted. when i called up the customer care, they told me that a chargeable service (job alerts) had been acctivated in my number. but i never did so. when i asked them to refund me my balance deducted, they disconnected my phone twice. the third time i called up and told the customer personnel to transfer the call to a senior executive, then they did not even receive my call. Secondly i never received any confirmation message regarding the activation of this service. Neither did i receive any job alert messages for the duration when this service was activated on my phone. when i asked the customer care about it, they just told me that it could be a TECHNICAL ERROR. and i was charged for the service that i never activated
