HIDDEN NORMS IN RECHARGE FOR PREPAID AND AUTOMATIC TURNING ON OF AIRTEL LIVE SERVICES WHICH COST ME MORE THAT ALSO WITHOUT INFORMATION

1) AIRTEL LIVE (INTERNET SERVICE) GOT ACTIVATED ITSELF THOUGH I HAVE AIRTEL INTERNET FOR WHICH I PAY RENTAL OF Rs 98 PER MONTH.THERE WAS NO INFORMATION ABOUT ACTIVATION OF AIRTEL LIVE WHICH CAUSED A DEDUCTION OF ALMOST Rs 300 FROM MY ACCOUNT.THIS HAS HAPPENED SECOND TIME.

2) I GOT A RECHARGE OF Rs 111 FOR WHICH COMPANY ADVERTISE A FULL TALK VALUE BUT I GOT JUST Re 1 AS VALUE REST Rs109 WERE ADDED TO SOME VALUE ADDED SERVICE WHICH BOUNDED ME TO USE THAT VALUE FOR LOCAL CALLS AIRTEL TO AIRTEL.THIS HAS NEVER BEEN ADVERTISED BY THE COMPANY AND IS A HIDDEN NORM WHICH CAUSED ME A LOSS Rs 333 (3 TIMES 111).
