One day i had applied for port change, they called from airtel and asked the reason for port change then they suggest new plan for me. I didn't give any request for that plan but it got activated to my number. I called three times to customer care to deactivate that plan and restore with my existing plan they told some procedure to deactivate but its not responding. Now my no is not connecting to customer care but it can connecting from another no.
