Wrong bill charges

Hi,

I was shocked to find my mobil bill for the month of June to be 4, 500 Rps. When i contacted them they said that they have given me a free plan of Mobile Office for using internet and that had expired on May and due to the accessive usage of internet they have charged.

But when i asked they when and with whom persmission you have given me the scheme then they said that they don't have any idea and without my prior information they discontinued the 99 rps plan.

I am so annoyed with the kind of support that i am getting from airtel as i am there customer from last 7 years.

I woudl request airtel to please sort out the issue immediately
