Respected Sir,

As I am regular Airtel usager for past 5 months, I wish to change my network from Airtel to idea due to my personal reason and also our customer care poor service. But there was no response from the Airtel customer service for past 2 months. I have already applied for change of network for 2 times, but never accept my request to Airtel customer care and don’t tell about the reasons. This is very disappointing feedback from Airtel as they are not ready to leave my number from their service after requesting the portability of my number. I have sent the message to 1900 requesting PORT and I got the unique ID -AD511968dt. 08.07.2011. I also contacted idea to transfer my number to their service. After some days idea sent me a message saying that my portability request has been rejected by Airtel. I contacted Airtel, but they are not transparent about their service. I am really disappointed by Airtel and their service. Please someone tell me suggesting what I should do now. I want to leave Airtel. My Airtel Number: 9013629028.I again lodged the complaint with Airtel and my Airtel complaint is 072290366700.
