Whenever i call to file a complaint the customer care guy will tell me that the complaint cannot be filed since the system is under upgradation. This has happened 2 times in the last 3 days when i called to lodge a complaint. Just now, five minutes back, also i called and was informed that the system is under upgradation. I believe that this is just a cheap and pathetic attempt by the customer care and by the company to avoid noting the complaints. If not i would like to know what upgradations happen so often on Airtel that bars only complaints to be filed for 2 Hours. if this is the amount of time that you will take each day to upgrade may be you should just drop the complaint center or better to just shut down the complany itself since i dont think you can support your customers.
