Unnecessary add-on services and harassement

Airtel had put a hello tune/caller tune on my cell even when I had not subscribed for it. The method to deactivate is to call a number which has premium call charges of Rs. 6/min and I tried to deactivate it but it has a lot of recorded settings which ensures that you stay connected to a call for at least 3-4 minutes. I've tried to deactivate it 3-4 times but whenever I try to speak to a customer care executive, I have to wait for 5-6 minutes and then the call automatically gets disconnected. The song selected by the airtel people is a romantic bollywood number due to which I've been embarrassed at my college also which requires a professional code of conduct. Rs. 18 has already been deducted from my balance unnecessarily and I'm still not able to deactivate the hello tune. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
