I m using Airtel since May i reside at ameerpet, Yellareddyguda, and my No is 9849914440, and i was in Alex plan till 15 Jul, and recently i've changed my plan to Just30, from there on problems started with network, i'm unable to make any outgoing calls and not receiving incoming calls, called several times to Customer care, initially they've told by 01 Aug it wil be resolved, which never happend, and then again i called nodal officer they said give us 3 days time, finally i fed up with calling them, where there is no proper action simply except passing time, it's going to be morethan 20 days now, but even people who are working in my office also facing the same problem, and clients who are coming here to get work are also unable to make calls from the same location, with this i lost so many projects, as people are unable to contact me, which is a huge loss for me, and i used to pay bills every month not less than Rs 3000/-, then why these guys are not taking any proper action to resolve the issue, if this is the case in Ameerpet, what about the villages, really become useless network with useless people in the customercare..!! Now i want my loss happend due to airtel must be covered by them..!! and do let us knw if nothing can be happen, we'll definitely shift to Vodafone, which is thousand times better than ur network..!!
