Non credit of mobile prepaid refill

I recharged my prepaid mobile with 100 rs. topup online but Airtel company denied blaming bank transaction error. But it was fault on the part ofAirtel which it is not accepting. If bank on its part refund the amount within 24 hours from transaction positively. Now I have decided to knock Consumer Court. So anyone recharging via netbanking be careful when its a Airtel. Its a cheater company of such a repute in large.
