Amount debited

Hi

Sir, My mobile number 9940379610 is deducted by Rs55-/ on 7th Aug. I called to the customer care executive and complained about the issue. He told that the issue will resolve on 9th Aug. When i called on 9th Aug, he told that, you sent a MMS that's why the amount is debited. But i didn't send any MMS. Please refund my amount. How the network provider will debit Rs55. Pls do the needful.
