Alance deduction

This is my 4th complain against airtel.they have the habit of wrong balance deduction.whenever they see good balance, they deduct it very easily.

the customer care is very bad.never give proper solution and always try to mislead us.totally illiterate and immature.

please help me as today 9th august, Rs 90 have been wrongly deducted.
