Not able to contact prepaid customer care executive

My name is Amanjeet Singh. I am using Airtel prepaid no. I tried many times but I am not able to contact prepaid customer care executive through my prepaid number. My father is using Airtel post paid. Through that I contact customer care executive, there I chat with Ms Renu. She told me to dial 9815098150 from my Airtel Prepaid.

Still I was unable to contact customer care executive. I again called contact customer care executive through post paid number. Again some executive told me to continue with the call dialing from postpaid and you will get prepaid option, like first press 4 and 2.

Still unable to contact customer care executive. In all cases call just disconnect saying `Airtel main call karne ke liye dhanyavaad`.

Its an emergency as 0.10 Rs are deducting every hour from my account without making any call from my prepaid number.
