Airtel charged exhorbitant GPRS billing without informing customer about plan details. The activation cost is not explained by sales professionals. Total misselling and charging. The company could not provide proof of activation of services and puts the blame on customers. Fraudulently charges Rs 15 per MB usage while unlimited usage is only Rs 500 per month these days. Airtel blames customer for not selecting a right plan, while no plan is explained and blind charges to Post paid bill amount. No redressal. Beware
