This is with regard to the games club mania subscription for which I am being charged Rs. 5 daily.
I have already unsubscribed from this service since june and I have also received a message stating that I am unsubscribed from games club. However I am still being charged for the same.
I had called the airtel customer care number and they told me to send a sms LIVE DEACT to 511 which I did but I have not received any response. This was in June.
Please kindly look into the matter and stop this subscription charges of Rs. 5 daily from games club.
