Hi,

My name is vishal satpute and my no. is 9975704947. This is the Airtel Friends-I connection and has been using from last five years. The problem is I am not getting my plan beefiness.

I have using this plan from last five years by recharging Rs 110 every year for plan continuation. This time my plans validity was ended 13th August before that I got a message from Airtel saying please recharge 110/- for your plan continuation as your validity is above to end. I confirmed from 121 customer care and did recharge of 110/- on 12th Aug for plan continuation.

I got a message as the recharge gets successfully, but I was not getting the plan benefit that I was using. I called several time to customer care and raised complaints (3081410565700) against plan benefits. Many time I asked to want to talk to serious but they hang on the call for sometime and disconnect the line, here I am wasting my money as they charge 50 paisa.

Today 16 Aug morning I got a call from the customer care regarding the same issue. I explained everything and ask for need to talk to senior. They connected me with senior name samir. He told me my plan validity is up to 10 Aug and as you recharged before the date so you will not getting this plan benefit. This is to totally not except able and this is excuse from Airtel.

Please do the needful.
