Sir I am using airtel services provider last 2 years. Last 3 weeks if i recharge my account suddenely charge for Rs 5. Sir i asked customer care many times but they are not response to me. Sir if i ask charged amount they are complaint me about you are subscription for vas services or games download they are telling like this.sir i am middle class family and also jobless person now only looking for jobs. Please sir kindly to take necessary steps about charged for Rs 5 and also to take legal action about the company. Please help me sir not only me some of them is there in the world please to take action the company it will help in future.
