Automatically FHM@5 ACTIVATION

I do not how but FHM@5 has been activated on date 15/08 in my number 7894724869, and continuously deducting rs 5 from my acct.main balance with a message that you have been renewed the FHM@5 service but truly i do, not even know what the service is about and how i renewed it, when i call customer care about this ..first they tell that this service has not been activated and disconnect call, again when i called they continuously disconnect my call, at last when i got to tell them about my problem they told me that we just take your request and we will take action in another two days . but this will tend me deduct more 10 rupees from my acct.and also i am not sure about them weather they will take some action .and if also they deactivate the service this time can i be sure that it will not activated automatically further..PLZ DEACTIVATE IT QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE
