Escalation regarding redecculous and irresponsible action from airtel customer care

Dear Sir,

I am sudhavamsikiran from Hyderabad. I am using airtel service with mobile number # 9652640043.

I found that there is a dedcution going on balance of my number. so to rectify this i tried to contact airtel customer care. But its lifting the call and immediately disconnecting. So I got frustrated and plan to bring unde your notice. So can you please take a action in this escation.
