Sir/madam
I am facing the problem regarding call drop from Airtel from past 4 months, whenever i make a call from my number it usually get disconnected displaying the error message as error in connection or call not allowed.
I even have made complain in Airtel Customer care regarding my problem many times, they took the complain and call back after 30-45 days saying that your problem is solved but nothing changes as i face the same problem again and again. As this is my corporate mobile no and is not possible for me to change it easily as it may affect my company deals. as my few but important clients will not be able to contact.
So it is to request you to please help me and suggest me what step should i take regarding this problem. and how it could be solved.
