I have been using Airtel service for 4 years, Suddenly airtel is charging amount for service messages that i haven't enabled it. They enabling services without any intimation or any prior messages and charging amount for that. They enabled India Tweets News service two times in a week of time without any of my acknowledgement and charged 1 rupee for each service messages. I called twice and disabled the service. Similarly i have another mobile with airtel connection they did the same kind of fraud and this time they charged with 5 rupees for each sms without any notification. This must be stopped and take the further action against this issue. I have the complaint numbers with me so i can share it if necessary. Please take action against the airtel for this kind of fraudulent. Thanks in advance.
