Complaint about balance deduction of my prepaid Card

I have using Airtel Prepaid mobile card. No. is 9665730998. The Complain is that my Balance is automatically deducted by Airtel. And when I was call to their customer care executive they told me that you can activated value added services. But actually this card is using my mother and she is not activated any Value added services and does not want any services, then why Airtel is deduct my balance. Please help me in this matter.
