Worst Service from Airtel

I have a Airtel Number prepaid (9676709696). I have taken in this month and I was requested to re-submit the documents in the airtel office I have submitted on 22nd Aug in Begumpet Office. Even though my out going was barred I have called the nodal officer (9959334865) and Appellate (9959444865). there was no proper response later a representative name Ramesh has helped me after 48 hrs.

Again I have received a message as to submit the documents as the documents are incomplete. Again on 29th Aug I went to Begumpet office to submit one of the executive asked to call customer care. I have called and they have told as that’s a duplicate message and no need to submit (ignore it). I came back and now my incoming calls have been barred.

So what is going on??? On 22nd Aug While submitting the documents Executive has not checked it properly. Why was my calls were barred... Later Again on 29th Aug why was the executive has told that no need to submit.

There is no response from any officer neither nodal officer nor Appellate. And If I call the toll free 198, 121, 9849098490 no one is responding. So to whom should I contact for all this issue. This is the worst service I have ever seen.

I was expecting an important call from my clients and without any intimation they have just barred my incoming calls. I will file a complaint against this people. Even I have enough balance in my account.
