Charging extra money

Dear Sir/ma'am

This is to inform you that Airtel has charging false rates for messages which is not even applicable and the worst part is they keep changing the offers every day or every week which is very frustrating. I got a recharge pack of rs 77 which gives free sms facility till 10000 messages and i was informed the same thing via message but the moment i got it recharged i merely got the balance and not the message pack, so went back to the market and got the message pack activated which gives me a facility to message to any number @ rs0.09. Everything was going well then sooner 2 days after recharge, I started being charged @ Re 1.00 for every message.

Sir/ma'am, This has become real frustrating to keep on understanding their offers every now and then as they keep on changing and more so over they do not stick to their offers. I think this is a complete cheating with the customers and an attempt to dominate their position by making the customers feel very disheartening. In fact this is a mental harassment which is inflicted on the customer.
