I had activated DND a year back from now, still I was getting promotional messages from Anjali Mukharji and some hairloss and packers movers. I had registered a complaint to Airtel by visiting their gallery at Thane Naupada and they provided me a Complaint number 50826889547 on 26th Aug. Life got worse after that. I am getting many messages from AIRTEL and other marketing companies now, more than before I gave them Complaint. These marketing companies will be fined with 25, 000 and added to Airtels bank account, but what about us who face problems. And what about Airtel who keep sending messages after I compalin to them. I think Airtel company is making fun of people who are their customers. Again I went to airtel gallery to ask them whats wrong with them, their executive over there rudely told me to call Customer Care. W**, I waste my petrol and reach their only to hear that i need to contact customer care??? I called customer care from there itself and one lady took my complaint and gave me a compalint number- 1090523114000 on 5th Aug. Again I thought now they will stop their messages, but I was wrong. Next morning I recieve more messages from them. Seriously, I am feed up of this Airtel service. I had activated DND from past 2009 again I activated it in April just to confirm, but in vein. I think Government is unable to control this nonsense by telecom companies. In the end Comman Man has to suffer. F****** paid 200bucks for this shit Airtel card, and I dont have the heart to throw it away and take Vodafone.
