Deduction of Money from Main Account

Hi,

I am Ritesh Mittal and my airtel mobile no is 9733116040, I had 760 MB (approx) of net surfing in my account on the 4th of September evening and Rs 318 (approx) bal in the main account but on 5th of September morning when I checked the balance it was showing 0 MB in the net surfing account and Rs 29 in the main account. When I inquired why the balance had been deducted from my account it was said to me that it was due to net surfing from the number. When I checked the amount of last data usage in my mobile it showed me around 220 MB. Then I again called up the customer care and they took my complain (Complain No CBDCC30905223190) and told me that my issue will be solved by the 6th of September 2pm but the issue still exist and facing a lot of problems.

I also have one more point that if I was haivng 760 MB of net balance on the 4th of September (which was agreed by Customer Care) then according to airtel's surfing speed which is at the most 18KB/s it would take near about 12hrs minimum to finish up the net surfing balance and then to deduct my Rs 289 (318-29) it would take another 1 hrs.

In total it would take near about 13hrs but the difference in my checking balance was only 6hrs.

So how is the deduction possible.

Calculations:

760MB*1024= 778240 KB

778240/18 (KB/s)=43235 seconds

43235/60= 720 minutes

720/60= 12hrs

Please Help me out.
