Issue regarding the service

Dear sir/Madam,

i being using the services of Airtel Gsm from last one year. i was having my gprs activated in to my cellphone which was working fine from last 6 months. last month it stop working and i was not able to stream any thing from my airtel Mobile office kind of a internet service they offer, it was showing service unavailable.

i called to customer care for to receive the settings form their end, they send me the settings and it was not working at all. i called them after that again and they didn't resolve that issue. after some days when i called for the same purpose, i found that i was not able to speak with any customer care executive as they barred my service of talking with the support team. it that the way to treat with the service users.

i want to know that if we are not getting our problem resolved then how could we rely on their services. it was a small issue to send me the settings of Mobile office and they took it in a big way that they barred me to talk with the support team.

i think MNP is working in the market, if the services remain like that, we have to shift it from to another Network.
