TSM use wrong ward & force to provide new connection without document

I am a RD of Airtel prepaid mobile. My RD no is 9938279346.Our TSM (Sushant Kumar Vivek, mob-9937049193) have forced me to provide new sim without document (false document). I do not agree, then he forced me & said "I cut your RD & provide another person"

Please suggest me what can I do against our TSM.
