I am riaz, I am Airtel customer for past 4-5 year.i enjoy the service with some up and downs, at any place i get tower with uninterrupted services, suddenly balance reduces due to caller tune activation (with out our knowledge).that not a problem.
My airtel number is 9895146778.when i recharge internet through top up card i receive a sms as Service class change violation. For that purpose i contact customer care for around Four times.
1st time: They inform me.some problems in card so u top up through easy deal.
2nd time: Through my number i cant able to contact customer care. i think they forbid my number
please help me. internet is very essential for me. please resolve this problem. otherwise i have to change to other networks
